Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using aku4d services in any form, users are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions set out in this document. If a user does not agree with any of the applicable terms, they are asked not to continue using the platform.
These terms apply to all users who reside in or access the platform from within Indonesia. aku4d reserves the right to update, amend, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will always be available on this page with the update date displayed.

Account Creation and Security
To use aku4d services in full, users must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating more than one account by the same user may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential, including their username and password. All activity that occurs within an account — whether carried out by the user themselves or by another party who gains access due to the user's negligence — is the full responsibility of the user.
If a user suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must contact the aku4d support team immediately. The platform is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
- The minimum age to register is 18 years old, or as required by the legal age limit in the user's jurisdiction.
- Information provided at registration must match the user's official identity documents.
- aku4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for account security purposes.
User Obligations and Responsibilities
Users are required to use the aku4d platform in accordance with its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws in Indonesia. Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or misuse of payment systems.
Users are also prohibited from manipulating the system, using automated software (bots), or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities within the platform for undue advantage. Such actions will result in permanent account suspension without any refund of the remaining balance.
In addition, users are prohibited from distributing misleading, inciting, or harmful content through any communication channels provided by the platform. aku4d reserves the right to pursue legal action if a user's activity is proven to cause significant harm to the platform or any third parties.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the aku4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered under the same name as the account in question. A name mismatch may result in a transaction being delayed or rejected.
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the user. Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the applicable verification procedures and within a reasonable timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. aku4d is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Bonuses, cashback, or promotions that have been claimed are subject to additional terms outlined on the Promotion Rules page. aku4d reserves the right to void any bonus obtained in a manner that does not comply with the applicable promotion terms.
- Minimum and maximum transaction limits are subject to change at any time in line with the platform's internal policies.
- All transaction fees (if any) will be communicated transparently before a transaction is confirmed.
- The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the registered account.
Liability Limitations and Account Policy
aku4d does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Routine maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond the platform's control may cause the service to be temporarily inaccessible. The platform is not responsible for any losses arising from such service disruptions.
The platform is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gaming or betting activity. Users fully understand that all forms of gambling and betting carry the risk of financial loss, and the decision to participate is entirely the user's own responsibility.
A user's account may be suspended or permanently closed if they are found to have violated the applicable terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or upon the user's own request. In the case of account closure at the user's initiative, any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure once verification is complete.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the aku4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of aku4d or the parties that have licensed it to aku4d. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from aku4d.
Third-Party Links and Applicable Law
The aku4d platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational or technical purposes. aku4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users are advised to read the terms of each third-party site before using it.
& Terms Document — These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the platform will be resolved through a mutually agreed resolution mechanism, prioritizing negotiation before formal legal proceedings are pursued.
